regen arrow per second rates - Guild Wars Forums

Just wondering, what is the amount of health/energy gained in a second through regen arrows?
I want to know whether to keep essence bond and balthazars spirit or just have the 1 of -regen on my 55 ele

health : 2HP/second/pip

energy : 0,333nrg/second/pip

amount of pips maxes out at 10, in both positive and negative directions
